A day in the life of a sixth former

On Thursday 11th January, twenty-six King Harold Academy students visited Debden Park High School Sixth Form for ‘A day in the life of a sixth former’. It was an exciting opportunity for inspiring students to sample A-Levels for the day, meet new people but primarily, to get a general feel for what their future would look like if sixth form is the preferred path.

All students sampled up to five A-Level lessons and met a senior member of staff for an interview. It was a great chance to try different subjects and experience the demands of life as a sixth former student for the day.

It was a fantastic day which gave all students food for thought about the paths available to them after the exams this summer.

For all those interested, please get applying.
